Terms and refunds

The overtime pass

A one-time digital purchase. It includes your name and employee number on the floor 12 board, the after hours scenes, the bell decoder, ringtones, wallpapers and HD downloads of the parts. New parts and scenes are added to your pass as they come out. Everything is delivered digitally through your Polar customer page. Nothing is shipped.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy. The series itself is for viewers 13 and up.

Payment

Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds any sales tax and sends your receipt.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, through Polar or by writing to us. A refunded pass leaves the board.

Your name on the board

You choose the name at checkout, up to 20 letters. It is public. We remove names that are rude, hateful, or someone else's real name, and we may shorten long ones.

The content

Her Bell is fiction. It is a romance about tension and contains nothing explicit.

Custom work

Cameos, brand placements and sponsorships are agreed separately by email and invoiced directly. They are not sold through the site checkout.
